Kohl Capital Associates is a Commercial Financing Advisory Firm working with commercial real estate investors, business owners and entrepreneurs.

Jason Kohl is a professional consultant focused on helping clients increase their wealth through commercial real estate and implementing successful business strategies. He started the company in 2005 and has trademarked the company logo above and the business tag line “THE Consultants for Capital”. In 2008, the company logo was awarded with two prestigious creative design awards.

Jason earned his undergraduate degree in finance and marketing from Manhattan College in 1990. He later went on to complete an MBA degree at St. John’s University with a particular focus on Finance and Commercial Lending, with an advanced certification award. He has also been a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1992.

Jason is a CCIM Candidate. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Jason has completed extensive requirements and has gained valuable tools and advanced skills to uniquely assist clients.

Jason is an active “networker” and enjoys bringing people together in business. He is a member of several groups including BNI, LICN and NAPI. Jason is also an Eagle Scout.
